Henry Holland

Open minded
In our inquiry I was open minded for most of the enterprise inquiry unit. An example is when our group decided to change our Product we took all ideas into consideration and chose the best option. I could’ve improved listening to other members of my group when it came to the site that we bought at site auction.

Reflective
I achieved when our group was told we should make a product instead of a game. So we looked at our product and decided we could sell something better so we did. Also when Ben and I first went to make our dog tags we realised that we didn’t make enough so Leo and Louis came to help. Also on market day when we weren’t making enough sales we decided to have some people walking around selling our product away from our stall. We could have presented our stall better so it stood out.

Communicator
I achieved at being a communicator throughout the entire enterprise I spoke out my ideas and listened to others. I cooperated well with the other members of my group. I made sure my ideas were heard and considered.

Enterprise Reflection
Open-minded

I believe I was open-minded at the dragons den when they gave us ideas on how to change the marketing of our product. I took on these ideas and it helped our group very much. I think I can improve by listening to other boys as well as more experienced people.

Reflective

I was reflective when I looked back on what our company name was and so we decided to change it to something that would improve people’s thoughts of our company. We can be more reflective at the beginning so we are sorted.

Communicator

I was a communicator when my group had a big discussion about changing our product. I put in as much ideas as I could. I think I was a good communicator also when we were manufacturing and I came up with an idea when the more skilled person at engraving did the engraving and etc. I think I don’t have much to improve in being a communicator.

Ben Cooper

Open Minded= We took all the Ideas to paper and the best one that came out was Louis’s Idea of dog tags. When thick about what stall to buy I put in the idea of stall twenty-five and so did the rest of the group. When the dragons came in we gave them a good presentation and asked for feedback. they gave

Communicator=I communicated well with my group shearing ideas and listening to others. I made sure the group heard my ideas

Reflective=Mr J gave all the groups the advice of having a product to sell not a carnival game the group reflected and changed our idea. When we made the first product it took a long time to make and we realised that we needed the whole group to make the product. On market day we weren’t getting many sales so boys went mobile and we lowered the price to fast and sold out when we were selling the dog tags at 1 kent. We need to make our stall stand out more .
